YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) Fresh off a bruising loss of his middleweight belts, boxer Kelly Pavlik is ready to step up to a higher weight class. Trainer Jack Loew said Monday it's no longer healthy for the Youngstown, Ohio, fighter to try to make weight at 160 pounds, where he's been fighting for a decade as a middleweight.
