Problem-solving and team-building
For gifted and talented students to work with like-minded students from other schools in problem-solving and thinking skills projects, which will provide them with an opportunity to develop inter-personal skills.

Learning about e-learning
To learn from and with each other about current ICT issues such as interactivity across the curriculum, Virtual Learning Environments, equal access, learning platform.

To involve parents in learning with their children.
PEER MENTORING GROUP
Raising aspirations through peer mentoring
To develop a cascade of peer mentoring in order to overcome low aspirations and counteract the impact of cultural stereotyping about HE.
ENQUIRY WALKS
Mutual structured visits to each others’ schools
To build local capacity for conducting ‘learning walks’ to support self-evaluation, stimulate new insights through a fresh pair of eyes, and allow learning to travel between schools.
LITERACY GROUP
Developing a shared portolio of literacy strategies
To develop common strategies for tackling literacy issues in schools, relying on a shared portfolio of strategies and interventions matched to need
AIMHIGHER GROUP
Widening participation in Higher Education
To widen participation in Higher Education by pupils from non-traditional or under-represented groups through activities designed to raise awareness, aspirations, and achievement.
YOUNG SPEAKERS
Helping young people develop their communication skills and become confident speakers
The Young Speakers Project aims to help young people become more confident speakers and develop their communication skills, particularly through a Public Speaking Competition and a Debating Competition.
THINKING SKILLS
Giving students the ability to become indepedent learners
The development of thinking skills is crucial to give students the ability to become independent learners. Swindon Ten engage in Philosophy for Children and undertook a group study visit to Beijing with the theme 'Thinking Skills'.
